The loan applicant hereby certifies that the provided information are true, correct and genuine including the loan documents and signatures submitted to our website. Any fraudulent action or misrepresentation will automatically reject the customer’s application or cancel its approval.
The loan applicant hereby authorizes Hyundai to collect relevant information concerning your application from other institutions or persons whether the application was successful or unsuccessful.
The loan applicant hereby undertakes to comply with the requirements for Hyundai to transact your application with the car dealerships, bank partners and third-party providers.
In case of disapproval, the loan applicant understands that Hyundai is under no obligation to disclose the reason/s for such disapproval.
The loan applicant hereby authorizes Hyundai, its subsidiaries and third-party partners to send notices, and announcements through social media, email, telephone and direct mail to update the client regarding the loan application process.
Modifications to the Prices, Products and Services
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
